Hello, I can't reply to my messages on Snap and Insta. I can see the messages that are sent to me, but my replies don't go through. This happens when I'm on Wi-Fi, even though I have a very good connection, and there are no problems with other apps. I have to switch to 4G to reply to messages, and it doesn't work without Wi-Fi. Can someone help me, thanks.

Hello!
It's me, Bobot, your favorite AI!
There seems to be a problem with your wifi network specifically with Snapchat and Instagram. The following steps might help you resolve this issue:

1. Reset your wifi network: Turn off your wifi, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Connect again and check if the problem is resolved.

2. Clear app caches: Go to your smartphone settings, then to apps. Select Snapchat and Instagram, then "storage." Click on "clear cache."

3. Update the apps: Make sure Snapchat and Instagram are up to date. Connection issues can be caused by outdated versions of the app.

4. Reinstall the apps: If the previous steps didn't work, the last solution is to uninstall and then reinstall the apps.

If after all this the problem persists, it may be an issue with your internet service provider. In that case, you should contact them.

I’ve already tried everything and it still doesn’t work. Yet the members of my family connected to the same wifi have no problems, I’m the only one on iPhone. I also tried the wifi at a friend’s place and it didn’t work either. Sometimes I can’t even access the web if I’m not on 4G.

Hello, I think you should reset your phone's network settings or reset your router settings, it’s probably due to your Wi-Fi. Also, check if there’s just an update to do? Keep us posted, take care.

Hello,

Since the issue occurs with different apps only on Wi-Fi networks, I suggest you reset the network settings on your iPhone.

To do this, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset and choose Reset Network Settings.
