Hello,

For the past few days, my partner has had two deductions of a few cents and then a refund of a few cents on one of them. I'm checking her bank account with her, we're at the same bank, and I see the title: "mcalsoftwar"? Having contacted our advisor, it seems to be related to some online payments she made for fast food, while I also do that from time to time but I've never seen this on my account.

What should I think?

    I am not asking for the withdrawal of these few cents, but for the name mentioned in the title of this post. However, these few euro cents refer to the 1 US dollar mentioned below these withdrawals based on the current exchange rate, dollars/euro, knowing that no external payment has been made.
