Media keys that do nothing.

Hello,
I have a Packard Bell keyboard sk-2315. It's a keyboard with additional keys above the F1, F2, etc. The keyboard works fine, but some media keys do absolutely nothing, or are not detected by my Windows 10.
The media keys include an on/off button, E-mail, Packard Bell, ActivSupport, Internet, ActivDoc, Planetis 3D ActivSuff, TV-Out Option, a sleep mode, and a power button. Out of this nice family, only the E-mail, Internet, Sleep, and power buttons work. The rest do nothing at all. I thought it was a driver issue, so I searched, but found nothing. If you have any leads or concrete answers, I’m all ears.

Hello,
These keys are not native to Windows but work with specific software.
I have an external keyboard on a laptop where a number of them exist but don't work for this reason.
The software in question is often linked to a specific brand of PC; I believe this is the case for Asus. It was probably also the case for your archeopteryx back when Packard Bell was producing computers, but they will only find use (not necessarily what is marked on them in the absence of a corresponding computer) if software allows assigning such functions to these keys in Windows.
