All the keys on my keyboard are BEEPING!!!!

Hello, I haven’t used my laptop at all during the holidays, and upon returning, I found that all the keys on my keyboard are making horrible loud beeps. Even when muted, these sounds persist. Additionally, I’m not sure if there’s a connection, but the fan is always running at full speed. As a student, I need to use my laptop every day and I can’t continue like this. It’s a DELL Inspiron laptop and I have Windows 10. Please, I need help!
