Following the announcement on leboncoin, I paid by credit card, then I canceled my order. How can I get a refund?

Hello,

The refund is automatic when the seller hasn't confirmed the item's availability within 48 hours after your purchase or if they haven't shipped the package within 72 hours after the availability confirmation.
