Hello,
When I want to watch a movie or a series on M6 streaming and replay, I have sound but the screen is green (laughs). My question is the following: what can I do?
Thank you very much and best wishes,
Regards from Brittany!

Hello.
If you are watching the replay on your PC via a web browser, disable the hardware acceleration of the concerned web browser.

Hello,

Watching replay videos or live content on M6+ may be disrupted on Mozilla Firefox. You may encounter a black screen or a continuous loading loop. We recommend using an alternative browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge...) to continue watching your content. Our teams are working to understand the root cause of the problem and to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,
Oh alright! Thank you very much :-) I have almost the same issue with TF1+ replay, I can't watch all the videos and if I pause one, it's impossible to watch it again, to pick up where I left off. It's not a big deal, I will keep myself busy in other ways, thanks again!
Hello bazfile,
Thank you very much for your help and responsiveness, that's really kind of you.
I started looking into it, I’ll get to it tomorrow because I’d like to be able to watch videos from time to time. It's on a tablet but that shouldn't make much difference. On my PC, I have Microsoft Edge and apparently, on the tablet, it’s Chrome.
I’ll keep you updated, thanks again and have a good evening,
Laurette
OK.
Hello bazfile,
The issue seems to be with M6. I wasn't able to do what you advised because I don't see the same options in the system settings at all. Neither on Google Chrome nor on Microsoft Edge. It's okay, I'll go back to YouTube to watch movies ;-)
Thanks again and take care,
Laurette
See you on CCM.
