Hello,

I have a DCP-9055CDN printer. Recently, lightning struck my house, and since then, the printer displays "Please wait" on startup.

I have tried changing several circuit boards (including the power board) to see if that was the problem, but nothing has changed.

Is it possible for you to help me?

    In your case, I think the best solution is to find a good customer service or an authorized repairer!
