Bonjour,
Je viens d'avoir un samsung a35 pour mon anniversaire. J'y ai donc mis ma carte sim la poste mobile qui fonctionnait très bien dans mon ancien portable xiaomi mais avec mon nouveau Samsung, je n'arrive plus à appeler ou envoyer des sms à certains de mes contacts. pour les appels, ça me dit que le numéro n'est pas attribué et pour les sms j'ai la réponse suivante de +952 : "336......... n'a pas pu recevoir votre message. Veuillez vérifier le numéro de votre destinataire avant de réessayer"
J'ai donc supprimé ces contacts puis je les ai ré-enregistrés mais aucun changement.
C'est bizarre car ça ne le fait pas à tous mes contacts et si je remets ma carte sim dans mon ancien Xiaomi ça marche !

The format of the numbering (of the SIM card) may not be compliant...
On many smartphones, the numbering is like +33 6248564xx for example.
The prefix +33 indicates France followed by the next nine digits, the mobile number, with the first zero being dropped in this type of format...
The comparison should be easy with the numbers that work well.
Not all phones necessarily behave the same way, depending on the application and the version of Android.
It is possible that this phone was originally "SIM locked" and thus, this SIM card only works on the smartphone that was part of the deal with "Lapostemobile."
--- In this possible case, you need to have used the entire set for at least 6 months, then go to a "Lapostemobile" store and request the unlocking...
