Unable to send texts and make calls!!!

Hello,

I have an old Samsung, but that's not the problem. Since 5 PM, I can no longer send messages or call either the customer service or any other number. Every time I send a message, I receive a message from +952 saying that I need to try again later, but it's been over 6 hours, and it's very frustrating. I know the problem is not with my credit because I have enough, however, I can still receive calls and texts. I am with Leclerc Mobile, a brand under SFR, and customer service is still not responding, and I urgently need my phone. I keep turning my phone off and on, removing the battery and the SIM card, and the problem is not with the SMS center either.
I absolutely don't know what to do, so if you have any solutions, I am all ears!

    I have the same problem as you, and I was told that we are not alone. I noticed it at 6 PM.

      Yes, so it would be SFR and Leclerc
      I’m with SFR and La Poste, it works.

      Did you manage to call customer service? Because I tried for 3 hours and they were supposedly always busy... If it works again for you, let me know!! Thanks :)

      Hello, I'm also with Leclerc and indeed since last night I have the same issue. A text message went through this morning. I was receiving a refusal from 952, a SFR number. How is that possible? I'm waiting to call the repair service.
