Activate quick time in magix video deluxe 2025

Hello, in Magix Video Deluxe 2025 I suddenly have a problem with exportation; I have sound but no image and a message says "activate QuickTime" whereas it worked yesterday? Any solution? Thanks

    Hello, you can possibly install QuickTime on your PC; it's a media player, but I don’t know the reason. Please give us the details of your file, such as definition and codec.

      Thank you Glandu, I indeed downloaded QuickTime on my computer but it hasn't changed anything for 2 days in Magix, which keeps crashing constantly.

      This morning it’s working fine and I’m hurrying to finish the video I’m currently making.

      I think I will then reinstall Magix, what do you think?

    Hello, be careful that uninstalling a editing software is not easy. If you then try to reinstall it, you must remove all traces (scoriae) of the software from the registry or risk having the same issues. You have Magix's online help; you can try... you can also do "a system restore to a previous date" before messing everything up; this is often helpful and poses no risk to your files.

      thank you glandu I will follow your advice. For now, it works with a few bugs at times
