Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well? Please, I need your help. I have two SIM cards in my phone. I dialed the code *#*#4636#*#* and by mistake the EAB provisioning/presence option got disabled, causing the device to restart, and after that the second SIM no longer shows up. I restarted and restored network preferences but nothing works. Please help me. Thank you.

    Hello @Google@102100657912376353264 StatusMember.

Go to the phone settings and then to the SIM card manager. Check if the second SIM card is disabled; if so, activate it.

    or

Dial the code *#*#4636#*#* and this will open the "Phone Information" menu, where you will find the option "EAB Provisioning/Presence completed" (it might appear under a slightly different name depending on the model or language).

If it is disabled, try to reactivate it. On some phones, you just need to click on it to switch from off to on and vice versa. Then restart your phone to see if the second SIM appears again.

    or

If it's still the same, reset your phone to factory settings.

    or

If nothing works, contact the phone manufacturer.
