Hello,
I just bought a new S21 Ultra from Cdiscount and a SIM card from Orange, but I still get the message "error while searching for network," so I can't activate my SIM card as my phone detects the network.
Is this due to my phone or the SIM card?

    Hi,
    you can't test another card from your surroundings to see if it's the mobile or the card.
    After that,
    if you ordered the card online, you often need to activate it online as well before using it, which is standard in case it gets "lost" in the postal transport.
