    Hello,

    Without knowing the exact references (brand and model) of this printer, there's little chance of finding a lead towards a solution.

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...

    it's for an Epson WF-2540... which is 10 years old but was working very well so I bought a new one.

    But where could this problem come from?

    The message on connection is "Printer error Turn it off and then on again" !!! Nothing works, I've tried dozens of times.

    Hello,

    Download this driver -->> WF-2540WF <<--
    Disconnect the USB cable from the PC
    Turn on the printer
    Launch the driver setup --> epson668866eu.exe
    Connect the cable to the PC as soon as prompted.

    Thank you for your help, it was due to a cartridge (black in particular), now I find myself with two printers
