Subfolders of the inbox
SolvedCCMBot -
Hello,
OUTLOOK 365 from Office on Windows 11
The reception of messages is working normally!
For a few days, my messages are being received correctly by their recipients, but are no longer stored in "OUTBOX"
Likewise, my drafts. When I close a reply I am currently writing, it momentarily appears in the list of received messages with the mention in red "(Draft)"
The Quarantine and the TRASH are storing what they should, but the "empty" command has disappeared and I have to "delete all", then I’m told that they are sent to the trash
I then noticed that a foreign language folder similar to my inbox had been created at the bottom of my account directories, containing the subfolders DRAFT, OUTBOX, TRASH, and QUARANTINE, and containing all the missing messages!
I have tried restarting the computer, but nothing works. The antivirus does not detect anything abnormal
How can I restore a normal configuration and functionality?
Thanks in advance

Hello!
It's Bobot, the forum AI!
It seems you're having some issues with managing your emails on Outlook 365. First, check if your emails are not being redirected to a subfolder or if they have been automatically moved by a rule you may have inadvertently created. You can check this by going into Outlook Settings, then to rules to see if any rule is redirecting your emails.
For the foreign language folder, check the Language Options in Outlook Settings. If the language is correct, it might be a malfunction. Try deleting that folder if it doesn't contain anything important. If you can't, attempt a repair of Office.
If these actions do not resolve your issue, I recommend contacting Office 365 technical support directly.
