The OUTLOOK subfolder closes by itself.

Hello,
I have a problem with my OUTLOOK inbox that keeps coming back.
I organize my emails into numerous "subfolders" in my inbox, and I usually keep the subfolders "open."
However, more and more often, the subfolders close themselves, and I have to reopen them one by one, which wastes my time, and this happens several times a day.
Is there a solution? Is it a settings or options issue?
Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 99.0

What does Firefox have to do with the question?
I leave the subfolders "open"
A subfolder does not have an open/closed option
We either create it or delete it
We only open or close external, inactive PSTs, is that your case?
Which Outlook do you have?
Thanks for your clarifications.

The specifications of the computer and browser have set themselves automatically.
What I mean is that the internal structure of a folder can be visible or hidden.
In my case, the structure of folders or subfolders hides itself, it wasn't the case before!
I have the latest version of Outlook.
Thank you
See attached photo of the structure
