Hello,
My son got a Kidicom Max 3.0 and we can't reset it as indicated. We've tried several times but nothing works. However, we managed to do it for my daughter in less than 5 minutes. Is there another solution than pressing the buttons? And of course, the previous person who had the Kidicom doesn't know the parental code, so we can't do anything at all..

Thank you very much; thanks to the second link, I was able to reset the Kidicom Max 3.0 via the parental control menu.
