Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 bug while charging

Hello,

I received a brand new Xiaomi Redmi 10 2022 smartphone in April 2023. At first, there were no issues, but for the past few months, I'd say my phone freezes when I plug it in to charge, so I have to turn it off and then back on. Sometimes it takes me 20 attempts to enter the code because it turns off by itself (by turning off I mean going into sleep mode). I don’t have time to enter my code before it shuts down. Sometimes I enter it, and it shuts down immediately. When I finally manage to unlock the phone (by a stroke of luck), it opens Google pages or apps on its own, or it directs me to the device's cache. Sometimes it opens a Google page with a # in the search engine, or adds letters when I type something. It's as if it’s being hacked when it's charging. It performs actions without me doing anything. And all this only happens when it’s charging. So I leave it on standby while charging, since it’s not usable, but it didn’t do this at the very beginning.

I would like to know if this problem is known or common with this type of device or with this brand, and if there is a way to fix it. Normally, the charger is new as well and suitable; it comes from Xiaomi.

Hoping to find answers

Have a nice day

Thank you

    Hello @Avadios StatusMember.

If it is guaranteed, you need to return it for warranty service.

If it is no longer under warranty, it is possible to do a factory reset, everything will be erased, and the phone will return to the state it was in on the day of purchase.

      Hello,

      Thank you for your reply,

Actually, I would have just liked it to be repaired rather than changed. If necessary, I will change it, but is this kind of problem common with this brand? Because my mother has the same model as mine, and similarly, it crashes while charging.

But yes, it is still under warranty.
