Hello,

I can't get fast charging to work on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. I've bought new chargers (including a 30W one) and USB-C cables, but my phone still charges very slowly.

It takes more than 2 hours and 15 minutes to go from 10% charge to 85%.

What should I do?

    I believe I remember that this smartphone does not have fast charging; it dates back about 5/6 years

    According to the manufacturer, the phone is compatible with 18W fast charging (full charge in 2 hours):

    The charging speed data was obtained from Xiaomi Laboratories. Actual results may vary depending on differences in charging cables, charging adapters, software version, environment, and model number.

      Thank you for the reply. It is all the more surprising that I have a new 30W charger with a USB-C cable and I am not charging quickly... I don't understand.
