Olivetti 8200 Cash Register - FISCAL MEMORY ERROR

Hello,

I have an error message that appears when I want to print the Z1 report on my Olivetti 8200 cash register.

The ticket comes out, but then the message appears and there's no way to remove it.

The cash register offers a partial reset, but when I did it the first time, afterwards I couldn't print any tickets and it says "redo Z1 journal."

Has anyone ever had this problem and can help me resolve it?

For your information, I have already gone through all the guides and manuals available, and looked around the internet, which is why I am posting this message.

      Olivetti no longer has support service for cash registers for about a year.

      I've already tried all the online solutions, that's why I'm asking the question here.
