Hello, I installed a camera at home and the app keeps saying "creating an encrypted channel" what does that mean and what can I do to fix it? Because it is not connecting to my wifi.
Thank you in advance for your response and solution.

Hello.
It's difficult to respond with such little information; from a distance, we can't guess, which is why it's better to be precise when asking a question.
You don't mention which camera it is, and you don't clearly describe the problem. For example, at what point does "creating an encrypted channel" occur, and on which application?
Try this first:
Your camera is probably connecting to the 2.4Ghz WiFi network. Check if the 2.4 and 5 Ghz WiFi networks from your router are properly separated, watch this video, and restart the camera connection procedure.
If it's the same, reboot your router.
As for me, that's all I have. Provide the requested information and wait for further responses.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Thank you for your response. It shows this message when she wants to connect. It's a dual band 2.4 and 5G, both for the box and the camera. I have also already rebooted my box and camera.
Hello, this makes me think that the camera is trying to connect to a server on the network.
Hello,
I assume this camera is managed by a mobile app, like all connected objects; this discussion actually belongs more in connected objects. You should explain at what point in the installation and in what context you get this message.
It's clear that the camera installation needs to be restarted since we never know what kind of stuff these mobile apps are up to.
The principle is generally to connect via Bluetooth to the device, then once the connection is established, configure it to connect to the local wifi network and from there access an internet server of the manufacturer, where the app can directly interface with the device via a private account.
And there you go, voilà ....
But goodness, those line spaces are so annoying!!
