Encrypted channel on my surveillance camera

Hello. Regarding my two outdoor surveillance cameras with solar panels. For the past few days, without doing anything, my Ctronics CTIPC SERIES IP and Cococam PTZ surveillance cameras have been showing (on my Samsung Galaxy A21s) that a "Secure channel needs to be established," on a black screen. I’ve tried many things without any positive results, for example, resetting everything, recharging the battery despite the solar panels working well even though there hasn't been much sun lately. I also searched online without finding a positive answer.

Can someone who has the same problem give me some information? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

The 2 cameras at the same time, it's probably a Wifi issue.

Have you restarted your internet box?

If so, in the administration of your box, do you see the 2 cameras?

If so, your mobile has access to the box.

Hello hypothetix

You were right, it was indeed a Wifi problem! I called my ISP (Orange). After half an hour, it was sorted out. I had 2 networks, one for the Internet and everything else and another for the cameras. It was the latter that had disappeared, which is why the cameras stopped working. And since "Livebox F-880 Ext" is working again, the cameras are functioning like before!

Thank you for putting me on the right track; otherwise, I would still be searching, as they say, "for noon at two o'clock."

Thanks again, and have a good day or evening. Maybe see you next time for another issue!
