HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus, Unable to Connect via Wi-Fi

Hello,

I picked up this second-hand HP printer, but I can't connect it to Wi-Fi, despite all the instructions I've been able to find.
When I try to connect using the WPS method from the RED box, the search goes well, but the connection fails every time. I reset the printer's network settings to no avail.
I should note that when I plug in the network cable, it works perfectly.
Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello,

    From experience, I've often had issues with WPS on HP printers.

    Does this printer model have a small screen and allow for detecting nearby wifi networks and entering the password manually?

    Yes, there is indeed a small screen and I have already tried entering the code manually, but the result is the same.

    Just to clarify, I manage to get it working in "direct wireless" mode.

    In this case, it shows up in the list of my networks and I can connect to it. The problem is that I disconnect from my internet network, which is not very practical.
