Hello,

For some time now, the maintenance center of my printer has not been opening, so I no longer have access to anything related to the printer: ink levels - printing - scanning. This is very annoying for me. Thank you for your responses.

Hello,
I have the same printer. One day I had the same problem. Technical support asked me to apply a patch and since then my problem has been resolved. The link to the patch: ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/sclitefileassociation/SCLiteFix_299026.exe

Hello.
Reinstall the software and driver for your printer.
Or check if you have any restore points from before your issue.

PS. Frequently create a restore point! it solves a lot of problems.

I apologize for the delay in my response. So, I reinstalled the driver but that didn't change anything, and I don't have a restore point. I will test the response from clik00 and I will post the answer on the site.
