Box tv98 Netflix issue

Good evening to you,
I am reaching out to you because I have been experiencing an issue with the TV box I bought for my children.
When you launch Netflix, it says that the Play Store needs to be updated (which I have done for a while now).
Then, an error message appears stating that it is impossible to proceed with error code -373.
I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it didn't change anything.
I even went as far as resetting the TV box to reinstall everything again. The same problem persists.
I checked my Play Store... It is up to date, however. I tried to check the version of the Netflix app. It's the latest one...
I must admit that I'm stuck on this lol
My question is as follows:
Has anyone else encountered this?
Would it be possible for you to help me please?
Do you have any suggestions?

Then an error message appears stating that it is impossible to proceed with error code -373.

If it still doesn't work, contact Netflix at 0 805 220 512 or via Netflix.contact.

I just went into the settings to update, I started the search and it keeps searching without giving any conclusive results????
There I found a little workaround for Netflix but I doubt it will last.
When it asks me to update Google Play, I go back and then strangely the Netflix homepage reappears and I can watch movies and series again. It's weird lol
