EPG1 error on SFR box plus

Hello,
Hello, I would like an explanation. Recently, SFR changed my modem and box, and I now have the SFR box plus, with fiber connection. Since yesterday afternoon, when I was watching the Mezzo or Histoire channel, whenever I looked for information on the program (using the remote), I received the following message: "loading error program information not available, error code EPG1." I unplugged the box and the modem, but the same error persisted, so I plugged everything back in; however, this morning, when I returned to the Histoire or Mezzo channels, there was no problem, and I received the program information.
I don't understand why everything became normal. Could you explain this phenomenon to me? Thank you and have a great day.

Hello,
Changing the Box, as you've noticed, requires resetting both the Box and the television decoder to retrieve the EPG function. The order is theoretically to leave the equipment off for several minutes, then first plug in the Box, wait for it to synchronize properly, and then plug in the television decoder.
That said, if the issue persists, it may stem from a problem with the connection of the equipment, the Wi-Fi (not always very reliable), the powerline adapters if there are any, the network cables...
Or it could be faulty equipment or SFR's quirks; I have the issue from time to time without knowing why, which disappears spontaneously or during the next reboot of the decoder. -
Thank you for the explanations. Indeed, I had left my equipment to rest all night before reconnecting it.
