Xiaomi 9 stuck in Fastboot

Hello,
My phone was charging, turned on, and when I went to retrieve it, I noticed that the sound gauge remained displayed. Then the phone turned off and displayed a black screen with a little man fixing a robot.
It seems to be some sort of safe mode.
Some recommend downloading Droid Kit, but that doesn't work either. My phone is stuck with Fastboot indicated.
Do you have a solution, please?

The normal operation should be:
Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
Release the buttons as soon as the Xiaomi logo appears on the screen. This should restart your device in normal mode.

All these tutorials indicate a risk, personally I won't go any further than the normal method.

I tested your method, but the problem is still there. The functions on my phone aren't really responding anymore.
Do you know if there are any "real" stores that can handle this kind of issue? I don't know much about computers, and I can't see myself searching for hours.
