Ads in my inbox

Hello,
For a few months now, I've noticed that the ads in my laposte.net email have increased. And for the past few days, it's become unusable: I open an email, I get a 10-second ad, and then after a very short while, my screen opens a new ad for one or two minutes... It's unbearable and a real waste of time. Of course, it's impossible to close them...
What should I do?

Hello
Well, like you, for a month now, endless ads, impossible to select the "folder" tab or even click on the email to open it....
And the cherry on top, there's always a little ChipsTime ad, which you click on and you're immediately subscribed for €2.99 per week charged to your mobile bill.
Thanks, La Poste, that's really going in the right direction!!
Hello,
I'm not sure that your problem comes from Laposte.net.
I just tried the Poste's webmail while disabling my ad blocker.
There are just a few small ads at the top and on the right side; but nothing that interferes with the received emails.
So, let's start from the beginning:
1) What is the hardware in question: computer, smartphone, tablet?
2) Let us know how you read your emails. Do you use:
- The webmail https://web-mail.laposte.net/
- An email client like Thunderbird or Outlook
- A mobile app
- Etc.
What is well conceived is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

Hello,
The La Poste Mobile operator is in full decline and has recently been bought by Bouygues until the next incident, we don't know if it should still be recommended.
Independently of this operator, the ads are not related to the laposte.net addresses themselves but to the way of connecting to them (Webmail or app).
On a PC, the situation can be easily bypassed by connecting via a mail client like Thunderbird instead of using Webmail (it’s not the only one that uses ads).
On a smartphone, the situation is more or less hopeless, as both Webmail and the app contain ads, unless you use a "neutral" mail manager (such as Thunderbird, which has just been finalized, or K9 Mail from which it derives).
