Good evening, since Tuesday I have not been receiving emails on my laposte.net account, and when I try to send emails from other accounts like Outlook or Gmail to my inbox, I get a "mail delivery failed, recipient unknown" message. Thank you for your help, I sent a message to customer service but haven't received a response.

It's working for me now! We just have to be patient. Besides on the webmail, I don't have access to everything.

Same for us since Thursday, is there a problem with poste.net? We can send, but we are not receiving. Best regards.

  Yes, that's right for me too since Tuesday. I think the bug is coming from their side, so I sent a message through their platform since Wednesday, and I'm waiting to see if they are willing to respond. Thanks for your message, we'll keep in touch.

    I am unable to send/receive messages through my email software, the returned error is: login/password issue even though I haven't changed anything. If someone sends me a message, it gets returned with the error message: invalid recipient address. The webmail connection works, but since it doesn't work in return...
