Can't access my Instagram account

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem that has prevented me from accessing my Instagram account for the past 2 months. In October, I was logged out of my Instagram account on my phone. When trying to log back in, I am asked to confirm my identity using 3 options, but none of them are possible for me:

- Authentication app: I never set up an authentication app for my Instagram account

- Backup code: I have never had a backup code and I have never set up two-factor authentication

- Notification on another device: I am not logged into Instagram on any other device. When I try to log in from my computer, I am still asked to authenticate using one of the two methods mentioned above, which makes it impossible for me.

I have been using Instagram for 3 years on my phone, I have never been logged out and I have never encountered this problem.

I tried to disable two-factor authentication from my FB account, and I realized that my Instagram account was linked to an email address that I do not recognize. I cannot delete it because I do not have access to my Instagram account.

Therefore, I believe I have been hacked. I tried to contact Instagram but I never received a response. I also tried the method where I send them a selfie to verify my identity but it does not work; nothing happens when I choose this option.

Do you know how I can recover my account?
