Messenger Page Not Found Error

Hello everyone, who could help me solve this problem..

I have a Facebook page. And someone sends me a message on this page. When I try to open this message, Facebook asks me to install Messenger to open the message. I installed the Messenger app. I didn’t know where I could find the message that was sent to me on my Facebook page.

The first capture shows the message from someone on my Facebook page. The second one shows what happens when I try to open the message.

    When you click on open, you arrive at the second screenshot.. and when you connect to Messenger, I can't find the message.

      Are you connected to your page on Messenger? Not with your personal account…

      Have you checked the filtered messages box (message invitations)?
