Unable to get phone clone working

Hello,

I have a Huawei P9 Lite from which I would like to transfer data (SMS, contacts, photos, apps, etc.) to my new phone (Huawei P Smart), BUT the new phone is asking me to download the official Phone Clone app, which I can't find on the Play Store, so I download it from Clubic, BUT every time I start the synchronization, the transfer automatically stops, preventing the data transfer.

Do you have any solutions?

that the P9 runs on Android 6

But Phone Clone is certified for Android 7, which is why I assume it cannot be made to work.

Thank you for your response, but I found out how to do it. I downloaded an old version of Phone Clone as an APK and it successfully paired with the version on my new phone.
