Hello

I can no longer access my ***@*** addresses via the Alice/Zimbra site.

The email addresses or the associated passwords are not recognized.

It's impossible to reset the password as I'm systematically redirected to the Free website, which does not handle this issue.

Any ideas/experience?

Best regards

    Hello,

Alice is definitely from another era, sooner or later it had to happen, they didn't send any emails to warn about the shutdown of the Zimbra server?

    And there you go ....

But goodness, those line spacings are so annoying!!

I have not received any information on this subject.

By going to the Alice website, I was able to log into my subscriber area, but when I click on access your emails, I am directed to Free, which of course does not recognize my identifiers @infonie StatusMember.fr

Back to square one and no chance of accessing my emails that are on my primary address!

On the page I linked you, there is a postal address for customer service; you can check to see if it is still good.

I'm going to give it a try, but I must admit that an address without a number and street name leaves me perplexed.

It's a cedex, so a post office box, nothing supernatural.

    Good evening

Sometimes miracles happen when you least expect them!

I made one last attempt on the Zimbra site and "miracle," the door opened and the long-awaited access to emails occurred.

    Hoping it won't be temporary.

    Thank you for your support,

I took my precautions and have now migrated my accounts to Gmail.
