Zimbra mail box for Alice ADSL inaccessible

Hello,

since last night my Zimbra email address aliceadsl is no longer accessible, I am
very troubled, having important personal information to recover.

    Hello

    I was able to connect to my old Alice mailbox through the space below. It updated my mailbox that I hadn't used for 2 years.
