It cuts out and doesn't restart without a charger

Hello,

My Xiaomi Redmi turns off without rebooting when playing videos

it works with the charger plugged in

the battery shows as charged

Is it coming from the crappy battery?

    Hello,

    If your Xiaomi Redmi turns off and won't restart without a charger, first try a forced restart by holding Power/Lock + Volume Down 10-15 seconds, or plug it into a charger before trying.
