TCL 43P610 issue

Hello everyone,
I am having a persistent issue with my TCL 43P610 TV (purchased in June 2022) that seems to be software-related. Here are the details:
**Problem:**
The TV only responds to the physical button commands (power on/off, volume, channel changing, input selection). The remote control does not work, and I cannot access the Android TV interface. Additionally, horizontal lines appear on the screen, which makes me think of a software corruption rather than a hardware issue, especially since the TV has never been physically damaged.
**What I have already tried:**
1. **Soft reset:** I tried a long press on the power button (10s), but it fails with the message: “Software file check failed, please unplug the power cord and plug it back in, and try again.” The TV then turns off with no other option.
2. **Firmware update:**
- I downloaded the official BIN file (V8-S586T07-LF1V020) from the TCL website and followed the standard procedure (FAT32 USB drive, TV off, long press on the power button). However, the update does not start.
- I checked the file by downloading it multiple times and testing different USB ports, but to no avail.
- I also tried a compatible IMG file found on XDA following the same procedure, but with no results either.
**Additional context:**
I just replaced the motherboard with an identical, fully functional model found online, but the initial problem remains unchanged.
**Possible hypotheses:**
Considering that firmware updates are failing, I suspect a possible internal corruption at the boot system level or the memory, which would prevent the TV from processing the update correctly.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any additional suggestions to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your advice!
