    hi

    your PC is running W11 Build 22621 (22H2), we are at 24H2 (which is being rolled out gradually)

    have you checked in Windows Update if you have any updates?

    in Windows Update, also check ==> advanced options ==> additional options ==> optional updates ==> drivers, if you have any updates

    otherwise for the devices with alerts, you need to update the chipset driver on your PC

    the driver page for your PC, and for the version of your PC (22H2) ==> click here

    the driver for the chipset of your PC is as follows ==> sp154862.exe Intel Management Engine Driver (the first in Chipset)

    the direct download link ==> click here

    PS: download it to your desktop, and run it as an administrator (right-click)

    after installation, restart the PC and check in the device manager if you still have alerts (? or /!\) yellow

    waiting for your response

      Hello,

      I installed the chipset as recommended and after rebooting I now have sound.

      However,

      I still have the above devices marked in yellow.

    Hello

    Do you have the search for updates in Windows Update?

    Can you give me the identifier of the devices in alert by naming them ==> click here

    PS: the first line is enough, post them via a copy/paste

    example ==> PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_81681849&REV_15

    I will check your response tonight

    re

    in addition to my previous message ==> click here

    download these two drivers to your desktop, and run them as administrator (right-click)

    1) click here

    2) click here

    for the 2nd one on the list (unknown device/ACPI\HPIC0015\2&DABA3FF&0), do this:

    download 7zip to your desktop ==> click here

    run it as administrator (right-click) to install

    download this driver to your desktop ==> click here

    right-click on ==> d0174bd8-2521-485a-b294-c3f5824cee34_6c79cf0cef5102df2148196d09b902f1772aba30.cab

    select --> 7Zip
    choose --> extract to "d0174bd8-2521-485a-b294-c3f5824cee34_6c79cf0cef5102df2148196d09b902f1772aba30\"

    Go to device manager
    Right-click on the unknown device
    Update driver
    Browse my computer for drivers
    Choose from a list of drivers...
    Have disk
    Browse
    Go to the extracted driver folder --> d0174bd8-2521-485a-b294-c3f5824cee34_6c79cf0cef5102df2148196d09b902f1772aba30
    Select the file --> HpSfuService.inf and OK.
    Restart.

    when done, check in device manager if you still have alerts

    PS: if so, post a screenshot

      Hello,

      24H2 is hypothetical, but it's curious that it isn't migrating to 23H2.

      The causes could be a refurbished PC or one forced to Windows 11, which is not the case here, or that for OEM PCs, updates are at the discretion not of Microsoft but of the manufacturer.

      It would then be necessary to force the update by installing the upgrade via booting from a USB drive created using Media Creation Tool or Rufus from a 23H2 ISO, although I'm not sure if this resolves the driver issue.

      This type of professional PC also includes specific HP software security, which may be the culprit.
