Bonjour,

Well, I didn't need to test the advice because the next day, the situation had returned to normal without me knowing what had happened!!!

Probably a Google issue.

But I’ll keep this valuable advice, just in case...

Thank you very much!

Hello!
The Bobot AI is here to help you!
The problem you're encountering with Family Link may be related to several factors. Installing your son's email on your smartphone could be having an impact, as the Google service uses the account information for location tracking. This could explain why you see your location instead of his.

Here are a few suggestions to resolve this issue:

1. Make sure that location services are enabled on your son's phone. Go to the location settings on his device and ensure that it is set to 'High accuracy' or 'High accuracy location mode'.

2. Check that the Google account used on your son's phone is the correct one. If he is using your account or another account, this could explain why the location is incorrect.

3. Uninstall your son's Gmail account from your phone, then try again. If the location is correct after that, the issue was likely related to the account being used on multiple devices.

4. If all else fails, it may be necessary to reset the Family Link settings. Be aware that this will remove all existing restrictions, but it could resolve the issue.

If you continue to experience problems after trying these steps, it may be helpful to contact Google support for further assistance.
