Hello.

My LOGICOM ILOA 250 landline phone (base and handset 2) no longer rings when we receive calls?

All other sounds work, and it works for making calls.

They both worked - before - without any problems! and we haven't changed anything!

I have a SOCH-ORANGE box.

I checked that the ringer is active (hash button + crossbell button).

When I receive a call > the screen lights up and the caller's number is displayed.

All other sounds work!

    Hello,

    try unplugging your base and your box from the power supply for 2 minutes, then restart to see.

    And there you go....

    But goodness, those line spacings are so annoying!!

      Is there an explanation?

      Just a detail > I didn't unplug the box - just the power supplies of the phones from the mains. (For your information).
