Bold Mailing Address

Hello,
On my work PC, the last mail merges I've done have the address appearing in bold. My address table is coming from Excel.
And it's impossible to change that.
So two questions:
- how to identify the source of the problem?
- and if it's not possible, how to modify all the letters? I tried selecting an address, removing the bold, but then when going to the next document and coming back, it was bold again.
Thank you for your help.

Hello
There is no reason... So, yes, Raymond is right to ask to see the file.
Now, just make sure that the default font is not bold.
To correct an existing document, it's not complicated if you don't want any bold text anywhere: Select all (Ctrl+A), then click twice on Bold, once to make everything bold, a second time to remove the bold from everywhere.

Hello,
I'm not doing any mail merge.
See if the method mentioned here allows correcting not all template letters but one by one.
The author tells us that in a number of cases (without specifying which ones and the origin), the only way to be sure to avoid this problem is for the database to come not from Excel but from Word, but obviously that’s not practical if this database is large.

I tested the manipulation explained in the video: it doesn't work. When I right-click and go to the Fonts menu, it's not bold. I really don't understand anything.
again I do not mail merge and I did not watch the video, I just read the tutorial.
It seems to say that it is an artifact: Word takes a font (Consolas) from the Excel mail merge that is not bold but looks bold and only indicates (Fix the font issue after merging, almost at the bottom) how to fix it but I haven't tested it.

1) Go to https://www.cjoint.com/
2) Click on [Browse] to select the file (max 15 MB)
3) Scroll down to click on the blue button [Create Cjoint link]
4) After a few seconds, the second page appears, with the link in bold; right-click on it and choose "Copy link"
5) Return to the discussion on CCM, and in your message do "Paste".
