Hello, I bought a desktop PC (piece by piece and it was assembled by a friend of mine)
Then, once in the BIOS when I want to install Windows, I can't do it at all.
The computer detects my USB drive, but when I set it to the 1st position in the boot order and then restart, this message appears "Media test failure, check cable".
I have blown into each cable but nothing works, I still get this message, could someone please help me? How can I successfully install Windows?

Hello
Curious, did you set the boot to prioritize USB key or disk first?
It looks like it wants to boot from an Ethernet port (boot LAN or network)
I'm not quite sure but
Or the key was not properly made.

Hello.
Given the lack of information about the hardware, it's difficult to give a precise answer; you also haven't mentioned which version of Windows you want to install.
Your PC is trying to boot from another device, check if your hard drive is properly recognized and in the correct order in the BIOS boot sequence, as well as the USB drive. You can also recreate your bootable USB drive containing Windows; that might be the issue.

Create a new installation media for Windows 11, connect a USB drive of at least 8 GB to a PC, download this Microsoft tool, open the tool, and then create your USB drive containing Windows 11.
Once your drive is created, connect it to your PC, boot from your USB drive, and install Windows 11.
