Where to find scanpst.exe?

Hello,
I can no longer start Outlook 2007:
Cannot open your default email folders. Errors have been detected in the file C\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst.
Exit Outlook and all messaging applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) to diagnose and fix the errors in the file. For more information about the Inbox Repair Tool, please refer to the help.
I found explanations on this site that I followed exactly to find scanpst.exe in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12, but this folder does not contain the executable.
Can you help me? Thank you

Hello,
It is not found in the Programs folder but in the Program Files (X86) folder, for example for me (Office 2019) at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16
This does not mean that it will solve the problem; if not, an alternative might be, if it's not the PST but Outlook that is damaged, to back up the former and then repair or uninstall/reinstall the latter. -
