"Excuse me, I didn't understand."

Hello,

I just migrated from a Samsung A7 to the A35. I transferred the apps and data using the tool provided by Samsung, then I updated all the applications.

My problem is that occasionally a voice says "Excuse me, I didn't understand."

I saw that this could come from Google Home. I uninstalled it, but despite that, I'm still getting this annoying message (especially in the middle of the night).

Do you have any idea where this message is coming from and, more importantly, how to get rid of it?

Thank you

Hello

The microphone, which still doesn't recognize certain "noises".

It is sometimes used for voice commands; it remains to be determined which ones and in which settings menus to check, as some features are specific to a brand or model, while others come with updates.

Hello,

I've been experiencing the exact same problem for a few days now; the voice activates in the middle of the night or when I connect my phone to my car even though there is no noise around. I disabled Google’s microphone permissions yesterday, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

I just removed Google Home's permissions, and I will also stop using it to see if the voice continues to activate on its own.

If anyone knows the source of the problem, I’m all ears; I’m starting to think my phone is haunted...

Thanks in advance.
