Hello,

Following a hack of my email account, which I have resolved, I am now facing issues with incorrect emails, both in receipt and sending, and it talks about DNS:

Then when I click on the TR:

I’ve checked some solutions on forums but I must admit I don’t really understand where this is coming from, it seems quite technical.

That’s why I’m reaching out for your expertise.

Thank you in advance ????

Hello,

It seems that some emails are automatically receiving the messages you send. Since some are inactive, you are getting a reply. If all the recipient emails were functioning, you wouldn’t be aware of this problem. The hacking of your email account is not completely resolved.

Thank you for your response

I thought I had resolved it since I haven't had any unusual connections since I recovered the account

Do you know how I can delete the automatic recipients?

I have no idea. Is it a self-managed SMTP server? If not, who is the email provider? The administration of your account settings is usually done through the provider's website, which is much richer in features than the SMTP client (for example, creating folders where the client only links to them without necessarily having permission to create. That's just one example).

Hello,

Go to the PC, in Hotmail, you should have a rule that has been added in the settings.

Delete it.
