It seems that some emails are automatically receiving the messages you send. Since some are inactive, you are getting a reply. If all the recipient emails were functioning, you wouldn’t be aware of this problem. The hacking of your email account is not completely resolved.

I have no idea. Is it a self-managed SMTP server? If not, who is the email provider? The administration of your account settings is usually done through the provider's website, which is much richer in features than the SMTP client (for example, creating folders where the client only links to them without necessarily having permission to create. That's just one example).
