Enki Connect box cannot find my Wi-Fi network.

Hello everyone,
I bought a wireless connected alarm pack for the Lexman apartment, which first requires connecting the Enki Connect box provided in the pack to my Wi-Fi network. However, after unplugging the box, turning it off, turning it back on, trying it on another phone, turning my Wi-Fi off and on, the Enki app cannot detect my Wi-Fi network.
When I perform the first connection step, that is, when I scan the QR code on the back of the Enki Connect box, the app indicates that Enki wants to connect to a Wi-Fi network that starts with AJ_ENKI_ followed by four symbols, a mix of numbers and letters. The two options are "cancel," in which case I have to rescan the QR code and start over, or "join," where a menu of Wi-Fi networks opens in which I am supposed to select mine, but it does not appear.
The Enki app's webpage "Wi-Fi Objects: What to do if I can't find my object's network?" suggests "checking the WPA2 compatibility and the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network of your internet access box." I don't really know what that means, but after some research online, I ended up downloading the Freebox Connect app to separate my Wi-Fi network, but my app does not offer the option to change the type of Wi-Fi configuration as suggested by the Free support page.
In short, I don't know what to do to make this Enki Connect box detect my Wi-Fi network, do you know what to do?

These smart home devices are a real pain...
Formally, I don't know, but you're making a misinterpretation: the smartphone does not connect to the Wifi network of your Internet Box but to the one created by the Enki Box itself, which is established first by installing the Enki app on the smartphone (and therefore, a priori, Freebox Connect has nothing to do with it unless, which would be surprising, your Box does not broadcast at 2.4 GHz).
Try, though it is known to be slow and temperamental, to redo the installation from A to Z as suggested here and in this order:
