My computer can't find my Wi-Fi. What should I do? Solved

Hello,

I have an HP PC running Windows 10, and I'm with Free.
My PC detects all the neighboring networks but not mine. However, my phone, my husband's phone, and our tablet are connected to our box's Wi-Fi!
When I go to the Wi-Fi settings, my box appears, but it says "not shared" underneath.
It asks for a network password, and I thought it was the password for my box, but I tried it, and it doesn't work.
What should I do?

Hi,
what do you mean by still no Wi-Fi?
Are your other devices still connected to the Box's Wi-Fi?
Click on the start menu and choose "Settings," then click on this:

After that you should see the list of nearby Wi-Fi networks.
As shown below.

Make sure that the Wi-Fi button is set to "enabled" and check if your network name is in the list as shown in the capture above.

Which model of Box? Since when has your PC not been detecting your network?
In general, your WIFI key is on a label attached to the Box along with the associated Box name (SSID)

The latest Free box isn't helping me???
Freebox V6 or Free 4k.
If it doesn't appear in the available Wi-Fi networks, the network name may be hidden (SSID).
Do you have the option to connect an Ethernet cable to the box?

OK.
So you can connect to the management interface of your Freebox via:
http://mafreebox.free.fr/login.php
Once the password is entered, you should see this.

Double-click on the "Freebox Settings" image.
And at the top left, click on the "Advanced Mode" tab.

We arrive here.

Then, double-click on the Wi-Fi icon.
Then go to the "Network Configuration" tab.

All the information you need to connect via Wi-Fi is here.
Make sure that the box to hide the SSID is not checked,
then you have the network name and the password.

Have you tried restarting the Box? If "NO", give it a try, you never know!
Have you moved the Box?
In the list of networks detected by your PC, is there a hidden network??

Try to connect to the hidden network using the username and password you find on this page of your Freebox.  Also check that on the left side of this image you have the WI-FI card active.

Well, the problem comes from the computer.
Right-click on Computer > Properties > Device Manager (on the left)
Go to Network adapters, select the Wi-Fi card (there's wireless in the name) > Properties > Drivers > Previous versions
