JetonRouge.com: Scam or Casino Deal?
Mino -
Hello,
Is this site really reliable? I haven’t been able to get feedback from other players and I'm turning to you.
According to the Support Chat, www.jetonrouge.com is secure (256-bit SSL) and all confidential information sent to and from the site www.jetonrouge.com is encrypted.
Here is my experience:
June 14, 2024: I register on the site jetonrouge.com by providing:
- my IBAN
- a copy of my ID card (normal as minors are prohibited from playing)
- a bank statement at my address dated within the last 3 months showing at least 3 transactions (to verify my address)
Then I make a deposit of €25.00 via my credit card before playing the game FIRE STRIKE (slot machine).
I quickly win €500, which I request to withdraw.
Then I win an additional €200, which I also request to withdraw.
In the end, while I thought it was a scam, I do receive 2 transfers (one of €500 and another of €200) on June 17, 2024.
Here is the information provided to me by the very responsive online support of this game:
www.jetonrouge.com is registered with E-commerce Park, Vrendenburg (Curaçao, an island near Caracas).
The online chat support is located in BULGARIA and can be reached via the email address ***@***.
Regarding my initial deposit of €25 made with my credit card, it appears on my bank statement as follows:
06/14/2024 €26.30 www.giftcardgizmo.com - TR Purchase - processed on 07/17
06/14/2024 €0.55 Foreign transaction fee - processed on 06/17
www.giftcardgizmo.com is a site located in TURKEY (Istanbul).
Sure, it’s not exactly €25 but it may be related to the exchange rate (Turkish lira).
I was expecting a statement like "€25.00 www.jetonrouge.com," but that was not the case.
I contact www.giftcardgizmo.com via the email address ***@***
and I was told that there is no affiliation with www.jetonrouge.com.
The same response came from support at ***@***, stating that the site www.jetonrouge.com is not affiliated with www.giftcardgizmo.com.
Regarding the transfers received for my winnings, the statement reads: "VIR SEPA REU/ DE LEONAZ LIMITED" from MANCHESTER, ENGLAND.
Well, I’ve won €700, and now? I admit I’m still very apprehensive about playing again.
If anyone has an opinion or a similar experience, I’m all ears.

I wanted to denounce the practices of JetonRouge
Unfortunately, their machines are rigged
They make you believe that it’s great when you play with bonus money because it’s almost impossible to recover, and when it’s real money, the machines do not work the same way
It’s a scam
I ended up losing 6000 euros in 2 months
Be very careful
Good evening,
In fact, the real question is not whether the website in question is honest or not, because none are really honest in reality. You should take a look here:

Hello and thank you for your feedback.
I think you are right, and that's why I'm questioning things.
I have only played once and I definitely had beginner's luck.
Because I REALLY won €700 that was transferred to my account.
I couldn't believe it... to the point that before the money arrived, I had even blocked, for safety, my credit card that had been used to bet €25.
Have a good day,
Yvan
Good evening, I just played at red token and I normally won 700 euros as well, but at the moment I can't get paid and I admit that what they are asking for in terms of bank documentation bothers me. I sent it to them, but supposedly the format of the statements doesn't suit them. I don't know what to do anymore.
Hello
As requested, "testimonials rather more than less anonymous", and here nothing is controlled, of isolated facts that prove neither yes nor no and do not change the answer 1:
In fact, they win you over at first to lure you in, and then it's over.
They offer you bonuses and you have to play so much that you never win.
It's a scam without a name.
Yes, I also noticed that when we have a bonus, we win as we can't withdraw, and when we don't have a bonus, the machines don't win. I won't play anymore.
