Printer Issue

Hello,
When I print with the HP NEVERSTOP LASER MFP 1202 nw, the ink is very pale on the paper.
It's a printer that only prints in black, which I don't use very often but sometimes for about 500 pages. There is still toner left.
Would refilling the cartridge improve the print quality?
The printer settings do not offer any print quality tools for this model.
Thank you for your response.

Hello,
This printer does not use ink... Only black powder (the Toner)
Usually, there are three types of black density defined in DPI, for example, 1200-DPI, 600 DPI, and 300 DPI, which range from black to light gray.
These settings are in the printer menus...
This printer is connected via its IP address... which you need to know...
By typing this IP address into the address bar of the internet browser, you can access the different menus of the printer... with a lot of available parameters.
Hello,
Thank you for the speed and accuracy of your response.
With the IP address, I was indeed able to access the printer settings; I chose dark (5, maximum) for the print quality.
But that had no effect; it may be due to the density of the black in DPI, which I have not (yet) found in the printer settings.
Thank you very much and have a good evening.
Sometimes, if the toner is almost empty but not quite, removing the cartridge and shaking it a little (carefully, watch out for the mess) can help redistribute the powder.
If that’s not the issue, it could be that another component needs to be replaced, it's the "fuser", at least according to my memory, but the cartridge on monochrome lasers was known in the company.
Hello,
Can you please tell me how to remove the cartridge to shake it?
I’ve looked but I can’t find it. Thank you.
Have a good day.
Hello,
The way to remove the toner for shaking or changing it is illustrated in the manual.
Indeed, and as suggested by madmyke, it is important to consider that even if the toner is working, the drum may not be and may need to be replaced.
