Issue with my printer printing in purple

Hello,

On my new Canon Pixma TS 5300 series printer that worked normally for three weeks, the cartridges were almost empty when something printed in purple. I thought it was out of ink, so I changed the black cartridge and it didn't make a difference!
Does anyone have a solution?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.138

    it's probably the color cartridge that is out of ink
