USB drive music in disorder

Hello, I put 200 songs on a USB drive, numbering them from 1 to 200. When I play it on the PC, there's no problem, it plays fine from 1 to 200.

But when I plug the USB drive into my Edenwood speaker, it plays them in random order.
Do you have any solutions?

Thank you

Hello,

The issue could stem from several things.

For example, in the speaker's settings, there might be a random playback parameter, in which case you should enable playback according to the name.

The speaker might not be using the file name but the title tag that could appear in a music file. Check if there is a setting on the speaker for playback in the order of file names, rather than by title tag.

Hello again, and thank you. Yes, indeed, I think it comes from the speaker, but I still haven't found the setting on the speaker that would allow me to change the random order of playback.

You need to consult the device documentation to see if there are any settings on the subject.

Hello,

I have a little radio that plays the tracks in the order they are copied onto a USB stick or SD card.

Nothing more than the order in which they are added.

It may be a similar case to yours.

Hello,

Exactly, I have the same situation with a USB drive plugged into my "radio" or in my car.

In short, if I want a new song by the same artist recorded on the PC to be added among them on the drive, there's no other solution but to format the drive and copy everything again.
