Hello,

I have a problem with my IPTV, when I want to change channels, it scrolls in all directions. The same with the sound, it either goes full blast or there's no sound at all. The only way to change channels properly is to put my hand above the box. Video attached for reference. We don't understand what's happening. Can someone please help us?

Strangely, on this site there are several questions about IPTV otherwise I wouldn't have asked one ;-).

As for those who are in the illegal like us.. We found the solution. It was another remote control (soundbar) that was emitting signals to the IPTV.
